Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not commit you to a purchase. After discussing your needs, we provide a quotation specifying scope, deliverables, fees, applicable taxes, expected timelines and payment terms. Work is commissioned under the expressly accepted quotation and contractual documents.
Pricing and payment
“From” prices displayed on the website are starting points. The final price depends on the agreed scope. Any deposits, payment dates, third-party charges and payment conditions are detailed in the quotation. No payment is requested through the contact form.
Project delivery
Projects involve regular discussions and approvals. We agree on the content, access and information needed. Changes in scope, additional features or significant schedule changes require written agreement, with an updated quotation where necessary. Delivery, approval, maintenance and support arrangements are specified for each assignment.
Creative work and third-party tools
Rights to use or ownership of deliverables are specified in the contract. Third-party software, fonts, images and services remain subject to their respective licences. You must hold the necessary rights to materials you supply. Portfolio publication respects agreed confidentiality and relevant rights.
Results and responsibilities
Objectives, delivery criteria and responsibilities are defined for each assignment. Commercial performance, search rankings and campaign results also depend on external factors and are not guaranteed merely by the description of a service on this website. AI outputs require human review before use.
Cancellation, withdrawal and complaints
Rescheduling, cancellation and termination arrangements are set out in the contractual documents. Mandatory rights, including those of consumers where applicable, remain unaffected. Sending an enquiry does not waive a right of withdrawal or authorise early performance.
