Information collected
The form collects your first name, last name, email address, type of enquiry and message. Your company name is optional. Required fields allow us to process your enquiry; the form cannot be sent without them. Please do not include sensitive information or passwords.
We also receive information you share by email or during our conversations. The hosting infrastructure may process connection data, including IP addresses, request dates and browser information, to operate and secure the website.
This version of the website offers no online checkout or training account. The form does not collect banking information.
Purposes and lawful bases
We use your contact details and message to respond, prepare a quotation and arrange discussions about your project. These activities rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract and, where applicable, performance of that contract.
Handling general enquiries and securing the website rely on our legitimate interests in communicating with you and protecting our services. Records required for accounting or legal purposes are processed to comply with those obligations. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or start automated marketing.
Recipients and external services
Information is available to studio members handling your enquiry and technical providers needed for hosting, form delivery and email. It may be disclosed to authorities where legally required. We do not sell your data.
If you book an appointment through Calendly or follow a social network link, information you provide to that service is also subject to its privacy policy. These services are not embedded in the contact form.
The controller is based in the United Kingdom; the hosting provider identified in our legal notice is based in Switzerland. Depending on the external services you choose, their processing may take place in other countries. Their policies describe the destinations and safeguards that apply. Contact us for more information about recipients of your enquiry.
Retention
Correspondence is retained while we handle your enquiry and for useful follow-up of our relationship. Retention criteria include closure of the enquiry, any ongoing project, legal requirements for contractual and accounting records, and periods needed to establish or defend legal rights. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and portability where the conditions apply. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing at any time. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing.
Send your request to [email protected]. Proportionate identity verification may be necessary. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or the competent supervisory authority in your country, including the CNIL in France.
Security and navigation
Access to information is limited to what is needed to process it. No automated decision with legal effects on you is made from the contact form. Language and reading position are managed in your browser; see our cookie policy for details.
We will update this policy if website functionality or processing changes.
